APOS Centres are currently located at the Bupa Wellness Centres in Reading and Solihull. You will be treated by qualified physiotherapists, certified in APOS Treatment. Here you will undergo your clinical examination, including the computerised gait laboratory test, receive your personally calibrated APOS system and return for follow up consultations to monitor progress. Our people are passionate about assisting you to reduce pain and getting you back to your pain-free self again.
In 2008 APOS and Bupa partnered to bring APOS to the United Kingdom. Our aim is to deliver better patient outcomes for musculoskeletal disorders compared with alternate treatments, including invasive procedures that can involve risk and high cost.
