"Now I don't have to drop when I shop"
Linda Green's knee problem used to make supermarket shopping a long and painful process.
"I used to get halfway round the shop and have to stop and sit down for at least 20 minutes before I could finish," she said.
But two months of the APOS Treatment has changed all of that.
"I spent two and half hours shopping in London the other week, and that wouldn't have been possible before I started this."
Linda, 45, suffers from osteoarthritis of the knee and was recovering from back surgery when she heard about the revolutionary treatment. She was almost crippled with pain before starting on APOS and even ironing was a problem.
She said: "I couldn't stand up to do the ironing, but with my new Walkrights I can do it with ease."
The treatment is gradual, says Linda. "You start out wearing the Walkrights for 20 minutes a day and then you gradually build up the time. I'm now wearing them for about two hours a day." Linda said: "I've managed to build up my core strength and have full movement of my back again.
"I have been able to put off the possibility of surgery for much longer and cut back on my medication."

"My name is Sheila Wilensky and I am 61 years old.
I use the APOS Treatment abroad and I just wanted to tell you how much the treatment has improved the quality of my life during the past year. Six months ago, when I came for the initial examination at the APOS centre, I was having knee pains when going up and down steps, I was very stiff when I stood up after I had been sitting down for an hour (driving, working at the computer, eating, etc...) and I was beginning to feel pain in both hip joints.
The worst part of my problems, however, was reserved for night time: I had excruciating pains in the shins of both legs when lying down that continued all night. All of the above began improving within a month of beginning the APOS Treatment.
Now I am almost completely symptom-free.
Sometimes, when I get out of the car after driving for an hour or more, I have a second of stiffness or short-lived sensation that serves to remind me just how much I have improved. I have no hip pains at all and can handle steps with no pain.

Also, I want to add for the benefit of future patients how easy the treatment is. I surprised myself and my family by doing whatever the clinicians told me to do, using my APOS Walkrights every day."
